i found this piece the other day. it's definitely got age to it- at least 70- 80 yrs, i'd say. the bottom is very lumpy like oatmeal, although it didn't come out in the photo [my flash is not working]. it might be transferware, but can't be sure.
Beautiful dragon design
Blue and white with a pretty design like yours would look great in any room of the house. Nice find.
