I found these at Goodwill today. They are made of solid plastic and have very cute little faces. each one is only 2.5 inches tall. very cute!
i think these may have been part of a game. what do you think?

ha! they all have holds in their clasping hands. i think they were part of a game at one time. i have friends who look like this too!
Gnomonopoly?
They are cake toppers from the 1970s. They hve holes their hands to hold wheel barrows, shovels and lanterns etc. There was also a larger Snow White that came with them.
