I have a Dime with an edge of a what looks like to be a penny, which is smaller than what a dimes size usually is.

Need a better focused photo to see what you have and both sides
Amazingly, I have a similar coin! I've Googled this and read a couple of different opinions. The raised border has been applied perfectly, but Why??
When I find mine, I'll post pictures.
