I bought this little toy in a Japanese thrift store in Malaysia while I was living there the past 5 months . Metal body and plastic head. No names or marks to research . Does anyone know all the character ?

I spent $100 Malaysia rigging( $25 US)t for it and kind of a lot it buy 1 item at a thrift store. Almost looked like Tom and Jerry type cartoonish.Thanks.
