This photo was found in the photo album which once belonged to
a Union contract surgeon who worked at the US officer's hospital
in Fortress Monroe, Virginia.

Is it photographer marked? If so, a jpg of the back would be great when you get the chance.

No, this is an unmarked CDV, and I uploaded another CDV view
from Fortress Monroe here some time ago. I wanted to show this one also.
No more outdoor views like this, but dozens of personal and IDed Union
officer's CDVs.
