    Found this large string of pearls. Measures 46 inches long with a bunch of different sizes, shapes and color. I don’t know pearls well so I can’t tell if there saltwater or freshwater.

      saltplastic or freshplastic looking. The joiners look especially cheap, Hope that I am wrong.

      Thanks Phil, they seem real when I scratch them on my tooth and seem heavier than plastic. But I suppose I should just get them looked at to be sure lol.

      I love these cheap long ropes! Very useful to wear my brooches as clasp!

      If they are plastic, some of them look a lot like Baroque pearls. Maybe otherwise called "Ringed Potato"! A very long string - Baroque pearls are expensive.
