Found a picture of my 3x great grandfathers in what I believe is a Post Mexican War era photo of him. Maybe an enlisted 1854 frock jacket? No idea on the sword, I have not found anything matching the pommel or handle design. Help appreciated!

Not a military rig-- all of it is fraternal.

Image appears to be a snapshot, so 20th century. A photo of the back and the dimension would help to confirm.

Thank You Scottvez! You are right, it looks to be an International Order of Odd Fellows uniform and sword. Appreciate the help.
