Aluminum tray Mexican baby bath?

This one has thrown me for a loop. I feel like the etching is maybe Mexican. The legs make me think it isn’t old. It appears to be all aluminum, I’m thinking. It’s the perfect size and shape for giving baby a sponge bath, or storing about 20 avocados.
