Cuban Art Print - Artist?

I purchased this little vintage print years ago at an estate sale. The print measures 5 inches high X 5 3/4 inches wide and is on an 8 X 8 white sheet. It is numbered 10/11 and has a Gallery Mark/Water Mark, C E ?, on the left bottom corner where the numbers are. There is a signature to the right, but I have never been able to make it out, find similar art from an artist, or found others in the print edition online. I can tell that it says Habana! Please let me know if you know the artist, piece, or gallery. It came in a beautiful burl wood frame. There was a pocket on the back for information, but the insert was missing.
