      Looks to be a typical export piece - the English language and the fact that the mark is put on with a rubber stamp. Not possible to tell you who made it. The Chinese letters are probably the equivalent of the English "Made In China".

      Zhong Guo Zhi Zao MADE IN CHINA its made in the 1980 when they copied the japanese satsumas
