Insight requires info _ what size is it ???????????????????
Apart from thati it looks like a Satsuma Vase. I need a size
to be of more help or maybe you can look it up ??
it's about 4" tall x 4" wide
also it has raised bumps/enamel around pictures on either side
Looks to be a typical export piece - the English language and the fact that the mark is put on with a rubber stamp. Not possible to tell you who made it. The Chinese letters are probably the equivalent of the English "Made In China".
