Interesting little item that I found in and among a pile of old tennis shoes, believe it or not. Its head articulates, is about 7 inches tall and is made from a rubbery-plastic material. The body part is hollow-ish and after a good wash, it's colours have come up well. The base part beneath his feet is a kind of felt material. I can only presume it's counter top PoS display for use in either a garage or automotive parts retailer. It's not normally my kind of collectible I usually buy, but couldn't resist this little fella. And as he was bought for GBP 1.00, it was a real bargain.
If anyone has seen one before, and knows its real purpose, I'd be really grateful for your thoughts.
