    Ok, this little guy has me a bit puzzled. It looks like he is fashioned after an Alfred Phillipe patent from 1950. The squirrel is not marked on back. Since I read that a Trifari always marked their pieces, did another company copy Phillipe patent. Either way, it is cute!

      He's such a beautiful squirrel MrsT, with the lovely green eye and white tails. It definitely looks just like the Philippe design, perhaps the mark wore off over time. Nice find!
