Plate is 10.4 " . Green part is mottled. Lots of crazing on reverse. Gold is very bright. There's not much to go on. Just the printed FRANCE . Found at Goodwill . Any help with identification will be helpful. Charles ---August 16 2019 , Antique dealer in Naples put a price of $100.00
