According to my 23&me DNA testing.........I AM A LIVING RELATIVE OF ICEMAN from both sides maternal & paternal haplogroups.

    This is from my report:
"Maternal Haplogroup "K1b1b is relatively uncommon among 23andMe customers. 1 in 6,900."
"(Your MATERNAL haplogroup, shared with Ötzi the Ice Man), traces the long line of women in your family tree."

"PATERNAL Haplogroup "G-CTS10391 is relatively uncommon among 23andMe customers. 1 in 4,500."
"What do you and Ötzi the Iceman have in common? (An ancient common ancestor on your PATERNAL line.)"

    NEANDERTHAL Reports:
"A 2012 paper by paleoanthropologist John Hawks suggests that Ötzi had a higher degree of Neanderthal ancestry than modern Europeans."

& My Report says, "You have more Neanderthal variants than 73% of 23andMe customers."

"Scientists say Ötzi the Iceman has living relatives, 5,300 years later"

"Over 5300 years ago, Ötzi was crossing Tisenjoch/Giogo di Tisa in the Schnalstal/Val Senales Valley, South Tyrol, where he was murdered and preserved naturally in the ice."

Interesting, I just wonder if he liked antiques as much as I do and if he climbed trees as good as I do.
They say that they found him carrying a bronze axe and I carry a chainsaw.
