    This is a very small brush washer - only a couple inches in diameter. I think it's been confirmed as Tongzhi or early Republic, but probably Tongzhi.

      this ain,t tongzhi probably black lining of the faces in stead of orange , the white enamel is not bleechy , colors are pastel
