Yes, the production time frame is a hundred years later I'm afraid. This is a modern variation of the millefleur Chinese cloisonne pattern, as the years went by the design became less and less complex in colors and details.
These were sold on the internet direct from China 2000-2010. They were 4 or 5 colors for this type, red, blue, green, and brown. I bought some too because I collected cloisonne of all ages. Thanks for posting.
