Old Milwaukee Beer Sign

Here is another sign I found that was nailed to the wall in the basement. This one is dated No. 133/1930. The beer bottle and print are raised slightly off the surface. It measures 39.25 x 13.5. Someone said before that if it is dated in 1930 and used the word "brew" it is a prohibition era sign. Is that true?
