I have a saw that I bought at an auction over 10 years ago. I’d like to find more information about this saw as I believe this is an early one. If anyone on here can shed some light on this subject, it would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you all for your time and help.

An October 1929 advertisement shows that the Model E had switched over to the blue label identification plate by then. An October 1926 advertisement shows the design of the Model E that preceded yours. It's reasonable to assume that your saw was probably made sometime in 1927.
