Great vintage read. Published in 1945. Some advice that does seem humorous now. The language is definitely dated. But some of the advice still seems somewhat good for June 2020. (I didn’t have a raspberry brooch; so, substituted.) Enjoy!

Love this stuff, I have one about how to have a successful marriage, ha ha ha! Me thinks if you got to get instructions, youre already on the wrong path...

Those manners books were usually common sense, unless its about which spoon and fork to us, and how long you should stay at a party.
