I only discovered this site yesterday, so bear with me.
I saw a brooch the same as this one and realised I had a Bernard Instone item, although I hadn’t heard of him before.

Yes definitely Bernard Instone. I’ve seen a couple of these brooches without the enamel, the enamel is fantastic isn’t it. Well done :-)))))

I’ve got no idea if it’s worth anything though. I think I bought it on eBay a while ago.
