I purchased a book today titled, AMERICA'S MUNITIONS 1917-1918, Report of Benedict Crowell, The Assistant Secretary Of War Director Of Munitions, printed by the Washington Government Printing Office in 1919.
Affixed to the inside of the front cover & back cover is this stamp:
    Wednesday
    Dec. 18
    9AM . 11AM
Just curious if anyone can identify this stamp for me?
    Thank You, Dave
