Would like some history on this item, age, value.

had one their neat to use as u turn the handle it will do one side of the razor then the more you crank it,.. it flips the razor over to sharpen the other side all by its self neat rig bought mine for 10.00 sold it for 20.00..whats its true value ...don't know ..
