I found this big unusual tank in Austria two years ago. The tank is made of sheet metal but treads and wheels are made of celluloid or bakelite. The tank has no windup mechanism but it gives quite good level of detail and functionality . You can even regulate direction of the twin machine gun at the front side. I didn’t find the company name - only barely seen painted letters “D.R.G.M”. So I can assume that this tank was made in Germany ..The panzer solder is made of wood but he has metal Stahlhelm . The soldier scale is more close to old 9cm scale used by Elastolin./ Lineol . The tank doesn’t look like DIY - it was definitely somewhere manufactured. May be this tank was designed as a some kind of a military souvenir? I didn’t find any similar tanks..
