Owl Vase Gambaro & Poggi Murano 11 inches tall
Gambaro & Poggi Murano site authenticates.
Usually a few available online. Iconic MCM-style vase. @1970. I didn't pay as much, but did I find a very impressive mark-up at a famously pricey business place for close to a grand! Their notes: "Gambaro & Poggi Murano vase in owl shape, finished in heavy clear blown glass with large bullicante technique and black and gold leaf accents."

Not for sale.
Exceptional owl. Great Murano glass with iconic techniques and fun styling.
My thanks!
Almost SIX POUNDS, too! Isn't she grand?
