Antique? Maker?

Hi! I am unsure if this is antique or not. It is light blue 9-sided (that seems weird?) slag glass shade with a water lily filigree overlay. Water lily Tiffany style base. It has a new-ish cord and I can’t find any markings, aside from the “F” on the switch. I am thinking it might be a reproduction because the soldering is somewhat crude and the overlay looks almost machine cut. I still think it's cute but wanted to try to verify before I put it in my daughters room, where it might get broken. It’s style looks to be American 1900-1920s but may be a reproduction or possibly a marriage (mismatched base and shade). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
