We found this Fler Norsk rocking chair being unloved and stored in a garage for years.
Designer Fred Lowen 1960s
Australian made.
We lovingly took it back to its lovely grainy surface with 0000 steel wool and polished it slowly.
We used Zepel Troy “ Fox “ fabric and new firm foam.
It’s very comfortable and the wood feels very tactile to touch.
Excellent Job !!!!
Isn't it amazing what a good rub with four ought will do for a wood finish?
