      It’s Italian …. It says Italy. No idea of the factory but 60’s - 70’s seems right. Maybe someone else knows the factory ???

      Italy! I really couldn't see it, but now I can't unsee it. I just kept seeing TIA at the beginning. Thank you, that's helpful.

      Someone has since confirmed it to be Fratelli Fanciullacci, prob early 1970's.
