Chinese or Japanese Celadon Charger

Hi!...This is my Thrift haul from yesterday via an Estate sale.....It is what I believe to be a Chinese celadon charger.....its in excelent condition...approx 14.75 in width....it does have the iron oxidizing on the foot...along with a mark,....now I'm not sure if the mark is Chinese ...or Japanese...so if someone knows...please feel free to share your thoughts
