    Hi Guys,

Here I present two more vintage tools from my late father's extensive collection.

One looks like an etching tool of some kind and the other a scraper or planer of some sort?

I'm grateful for you guys because I'm not knowledgeable about vintage tools and never really discussed them when he was alive.

Any information you could share with certainly be appreciated, including what the approximate age of the pieces might be.

    Thanks so much! :-)
    Eric

The brown one is an old hand beading plane. The black one appears newer with a razor blade mounted in it. Possibly a spoke shave or draw scraper.

I'm agreeing with fhrjr2, they are both varieties of molding planes/scrapers, that might very well have slightly more precise names that I don't know offhand. Nice old tools, your Dad had good stuff!!! :-) :-) :-)
