I found this lovely Japanese cup & saucer a wilst ago. It.s been hand painted and is a delicate eggshell feel of porcelaine. It has a impressed mark inside the cup of a geisha girl. I have never noticed before. I would like to know why it.s there and wot it stands for.. and wen it was made.. if anybody knows would you be so kindly to let me know thanks.
