this is a nobrainer for an awfull lot of reasons

first of all this is a Bai Hua Bu Lu Di which is the name for a mille fleur bowl

2= it is a qianlong nia zhi mark which means qianlong period ( de Da Qing is out) red 4 character are late 1960 or later

the sticker says not for food food purposes , which narrows it 1970 or later due to chinese -american legislation ( ruling)

quality , the glazing is very shallow and you got overflow between the colors

cute vase but the quality is rather skinny
