Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I took this photo at a bar in Vermont. I would like to look for one if anyone has any information on it. Thank you for your time.

They made a lot of these during the 70's when they made a lot of ceiling lamps to challenge people's minds. A lot of these type and table lamps with glass went on to 1984 where I have seen some dated to.
