Large Porcelain Bisque Figurine~no Mark, any ideas as to origin or maker?

Hello all, I've missed you. Lots of changes in my life, still ongoing. I'm trying to get back on track and just recently in the hunt again for collectibles.
This is a beautiful piece, picked up recently at an online estate sale. Fourteen inches long, ten inches high, four and a half inches deep. unmarked as far as I can tell. I've purchased a few of these over the years, this one is the closest to perfect that I've owned. The hand painting is very delicate, the colors vivid, the figures, poses, details, and composition very nice, The bottom is plain white, no mark, printed or blind stamped. I was hoping that someone might be able to tell me the maker's name/country or origin. Thanks for stopping by and giving it a thought, Tony
