    i think that this little cup is pre-WWII, i found it along time ago and my mom has used it in her bathroom for years. i think it's pretty and a bit art nouveau.

      Thanks kwqd. it's about 4 inches high - i'm guessing since i gave it to my mom a long time ago, so it's on the other side of the country.
