What do I have LOL? It’s three pieces of cut glass including a tray and two cylinders with Sterling rimmed top. If someone can detect the makers mark that would be awesome. It could very well be silver plate. Looks like quality.

Not sure who made the glass is but the silver mark looks like Dutch..(E) on this chart, hope this helps..
