"Porcelain powder jar depicts the classic figure of Pierrot as he leans into the figure of a gowned black-haired lady, as though to whisper a scandalous secret. The powder jar is finished in black and white only with slight cheek,lip and eyeliner accents. Incised Germany 22889. This jar was advertised in the Sitzendorf catalog, 1920. From the Vicki Lee Little Collection."
I have only once ever came across this item in the last 5 years. Fair warning that there is a bunch of fake/ reproductions of this exact piece you can find on EBay currently - In comparison, the reproduction is certainly easy to pick having far less quality and detailing.
