      Welcome to CW.
      Very interesting..what worries me is the wording.."English Make"? This makes me think it's possibly a reproduction from India. They are famous for making fake Railroad padlocks, etc. It's possible they used a keyhole cover from a real lock? More research is needed.

      That's what I was thinking normally English made or British made not seen one with English Make on it. Was trying to search for it on the Internet but could not find anything. Will do some more research.
