    Another P-38 trench art airplane. Part of the large grouping recently purchased.

    Unusual in construction— usually bullets caps are placed on both wings, to simulate the engines. This maker left them off— no residue of them ever having been there.

    Halved .45 casings used as cigarette rests.

    Base shell is a Japanese casing.
