Vintage Rolex hand set

Hello I came across someone selling a set of Rolex hands online and was shocked how much they was asking and remembered that I had found a batch of them in the past, got me wondering if I should try to see if anyone has watch experience & can tell me more about the ones I have of which this is one set. Don’t know what the number means, as I think hands can fit more than just one watch? Is it the reference number for the Rolex that they was made for?
