My exuberant bone china floral garland teacup and saucer say Dresden on the bottom. But I am not able to find which pattern this is online? It is hand painted and has a gold flower painted over a blue Dresden mark.

Beautiful antique Dresden set. It was made by Dresden artist Franziska Hirsch & the mark dates it between 1901-1930. Quote from book Dresden Porcelain Studios by Harran:
"Franziska Hirsch operated a porcelain studio on Struwestrasse 19 in Dresden from 1893 to 1930, decorating in the Meissen and Vienna styles. The favorite decorative style used by Hirsch was Dresden flowers in bouquets or star garlands on a pristine white ground with gilded borders."

Thank you @newfld ! I just bought the book you mentioned. Very happy to find out about this female artist!
