Whitehead & Hoag Co. Novelty Advertising Ruler

Practical and useful advertising piece – a solid bronze 12” ruler for the E. W. Montgomery Co., Cotton Brokers and Merchants, out of South and North Carolina (1933-1962). The ruler, with its affixed company medallion, was designed and manufactured by the Whitehead & Hoag Co. of Newark, New Jersey (1892-1959).
