Antique Sonnerie Clock 3 weight

Hi,I just purchased this clock at my local thrift store it is Grand Sonnerie Chime 3 weight clock measure 5ft 6” inch I just hung it on the wall which was not easy and the clock seems to be running but the chime is not working as it only count the half hour please if you know what May be wrong please leave a comment below also don’t know who the market of this clock is but if you zoom in you can see the markings on the dial thanks
