I don't know what the "Stoke House" is I could not locate any info on it, sound like it may have been an Inn or Hotel, maybe even a club.. The clock has a Bulle' label on the back of the backdoor, that has operating instructions for the clock and the clock number "78" written in pen. The Clock was manufactured at 83 Halton Gardens in London. It is in working order and keeps great time. I love the number font on the dial.
