This 2" silvertone brooch has central light blue marquise rhinestones surrounded by small white chatons & baguettes, in a swirl design that reminds me of a crescent moon and stars. By Alfred Philippe for Trifari ca the 1950s, it is patent #167,714 from September 1952 (thank you DejaVu2)
