I found this set of 9 drinking glasses on a recent thrift excursion. They are reminiscent of Blenko colors, but have more texture. There are no makers marks.
The base glass is clear and smooth. The colors are applied on top. There are rough spots that feel like burrs or pointy bits in some places, and gaps where the clear glass shows through. It's been guessed that the decorations are resin if not glass.
