Maybe for a Catholic Hospital school with nuns
Like The St. James infirmary
or birth mid-wives ,not like the
Old Mormon waze ,,never a wife
only a MidWife :)
Nursing school is a good guess, maybe the reason for the dark head covering was to show they were 'in training' :)
