1. Commonwealth Telephone - Started in Wisconsin.
2. Southwestern Associated Telephone - Covered Texas and parts of New Mexico.
3. Associated Telephone Company Ltd. (5 stars - rare!) - California.
4. Michigan Associated Telephone Company - Provided service to Muskegon, Augusta, and other towns. Added updated photo on 12/30/2025.
