Your pictures are not great..but appears to be a Tudor military watch? A quick search..could not find a similar example. A local jeweler or watch place should be able to open the back up for you(usually free). Then you could get a good look at the workings.
FY if you don't know..Tudor is similar quality to Rolex. Try contacting this guy, maybe he can answer some questions and ID it. Please let us know what you find.
