    Trying to identify these beautiful lamps. Looking for age and maker. Purchased them at a thrift store for $60.

      They are probably from the late 1970's to about 1982. I have seen and documented quite a few lamps from those years. A lot of them had a pair of hanging lamps to go with them. Unfortunately so many to most of them were unmarked in that period. A lot of them had bases that lit up and they used an ingenious diffuser to make the glow very nice. Unless some one had an exact duplicate finding a maker would be difficult. Best place to find one would be to keep checking ebay and taking notes in case others show up !~
